Problem editing site

  Hello,

  I am encountering a problem where I am unable to edit/access my site. I can access the wordpress dash just fine, but many of the buttons on the menue are unavailable because they redirect me to a wp-admin login page and I am unable to log in because it keeps saying my password is incorrect. Also, when I click on my site to edit it all it does it just redirect to the site itself where I am unable to edit, sometimes it also redirects to the admin log in page. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have tried to disable my plug ins, but I am not able to access the ‘installed plugins’ page because it requires me to log in.

  The issue started when I was editing one of my websites pages, the ‘my account’ section and inside the editor I clicked on the ‘log out’ button on the site. This is when I lost access.

  Update:

  I tried adding another administrator to my site, it was added, but I am unable to log in with the newly created credentials because it still keeps saying the password is incorrect even though it is not. Help would be appreciated.
