-
Hello Everybody,
i want to embed a flash object (as far as I can judge it) into an article on my blog, yet it does’nt work out. Can somebody give me a clue? Here ist the code…
<!– Beginning of meebo me widget code. Want to talk with visitors on your page? Go to http://www.meebome.com/ and get your widget! –> <object width=”160″ height=”250″ ><param name=”movie” value=”http://widget.meebo.com/mm.swf?fKMUbphenf”/><embed src=”http://widget.meebo.com/mm.swf?fKMUbphenf” type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” width=”160″ height=”250″></embed></object>
…what do I do wrong? Thanks for helping!
Dearly

You cannot embed Flash in a blog on WordPress.com.
If you want to use Meebo, just use the already-formatted Meebo widget that WP.com provides on your Design ->Widgets page.

This sucks. I’m a flash programmer and have lots of custom movies, like an audioplayer and photogallery. And I can’t use any of it, apparently?

The FAQ has answers on everything you can and can’t use.
Also, please provide a link to your wordpress.com blog so that we know we’re giving you the right answers. If you are hosted at wordpress.org, you can do anything you like.
