Problem, Error loading Header Image

Good Evening
I have a problem regarding loading the Header Image of both my blogs.They don’t load at all..
With GodBlessRaw it lets me choose the image but then at the CROP phase the image just remains black and never loads. this with all images at all times after waiting 24 hours and logging out logging back in..all of that.
The same thing for the Blog AtTwelveFifteen. It lets me choose one of my prvious images. I choose it, it loads it, shows it…i press save. Everything seems well… Then if leave the website and later get back to it to check the old image is back up again…
What could be the problem?

Hello there Dilara,
Could you please send me links to the header images you’ve uploaded to your Media Libraries so I can take a look?I see that the suggested image header size for Alto is 300px. If that is not the size of the image you’ve loaded, you may want to make that adjustment before attempting to install it on your site.
If you do not have photo editing software on your computer, you can use a free, online version such as http://pixlr.com/editor/
Your blog attwelvefifteen.wordpress.com is using Ryu as a theme. Ryu suggests a header size of 120px x 120px.
In both cases, it will be more effective for you to upload your image with the correct dimensions before uploading and installing. While we give you the option to crop, if the image is a noticeably different size, it won’t be as effective of a tool.

I have tried to follow your advice without and check the px. I’ve changed it for GodBlessRaw, but again without any luck. It loads the picture but does not let me go any further. When the crop page comes up the Header remains dark, as if it was loading. I have tried with many random images nothing works. Anyway I seem to have this problem since I have bought ALTO. Is that possible :(

Regarding my other blog, AtTwelveFifteen. I have been able to resolve the problem.

First, I’m very glad you were able to resolve the AtTwelveFifteen issue. Thanks for letting me know!I would like to help with that header image, but it is not stored in the link you sent me. I am not seeing it here, either:

https://godblessraw.files.wordpress.com/2014/06/screen-shot-2014-06-06-at-22-49-236.pngThey are much too large to be loaded properly as a header on your site. Can you adjust the sizing? Your page width is 1240px for Alto. But your two image files widths are 8910px and 7737px.
If you can edit those files accordingly, you won’t have trouble with installing the header. Thanks very much!
