Problem exporting my website

  Hi! I seem to be unable to export my site judithritsema.wordpress.com. I keep getting the error message: ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’

  I’ve switched the internet on and off, and I cleared all my browser cookies, but to no avail. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

  You may need to check any spam or promotional tabs in used.
