problem filling description in blog

  I cannot fill in the details/description for my blog….I am allowed to enter title, tags, seo etc only it will not allow me to click into the detail/description area, any answers please.

  Yes. Ask in the correct forum for your version of the software, which is WordPress.ORG, not WordPress.COM.
