Problem following feed

One site I follow is not appearing in my feed properly (survivalblog.com). I see articles in my feed but it is not in the list of site that I follow. I cannot view anything in the feed itself. I cannot follow the site when I go to Managed Sites. Any ideas?

I was able to follow the blog survivalblog.com and see all of its articles on my Reader.

Just click the blue Follow button at the top right of the screen.

When I do that, the blue Follow changes to green Following for less than a second and reverts to blue Follow.
I see SurvivalBlog.com in my Followed Sites but the feed link is https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/47770822
Clicking on that link takes me to a page that shows “Sorry, we can’t find that site.” shout any feed. NOTE: If I click this link in the desktop app rather than the website, I do see a feed.
When I Manage my Followed Sites, SurvivalBlog.com is not listed.

I selected Manage and exported an OPML. I then deleted all subscriptions. When I started it said I had 34 subscriptions and when I was done it said I had 4. I cannot see any subscriptions to manage though.
I went into the reader portion and deleted two subscriptions from there (MikeRowe.com and SurvivalBlog.com) leaving me with 2 invisible subscriptions (a duplicate of my WP.com site and a local museum).
Something is seriously messed up with my subscriptions!

I was able to delete the last 2 invisible entries but still cannot subscribe to SurvivalBlog.com and have it show up in my list of subscribed sites.

I added survivalblog.com to your Reader and it loads all of the posts correctly. Can you please test it and let me know if it works correctly on your end?

When opening the reader, I do see posts. When selecting Manage I see:
1 Followed Sites
Sorry, no followed sites found.
So while I can subscribe to the feed, I am unable to manage it.

When I click on the Manage button I’m able to see all your feeds and manage them.
Can you please clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try again as this issue might be browser related. I also suggest trying a different browser.

Tried clearing the case, no joy.
In the browser (Safari on MacOS, Firefox on Win 10, Chrome on Android) and the desktop app (MacOS and Win 10), I cannot manage subscriptions for the following sites though they show up in the feed:
mikerowe.com
maturango.org
survivalblog.comI have tried this on two different accounts as well.
Works correctly on Android app.

When you say you can’t manage them, you mean adjust the notification setting for each subscription?

I cannot adjust notifications, it does not even show in the list. It is being counted in the number of followed sites.
Also, see how it says I am following under the search field but not to the right of the search result?
