  Our student magazine’s website has been down for some time and displays the error message: “Error establishing a database connection.” As a result, none of our staff members are able to log in or access the site. We are paying for a premium subscription and need to speak with a human customer support representative rather than an automated AI service. However, it is difficult to find a direct way to contact a real person for support. What steps should we take to resolve this issue?
