  I find it impossible to import a wordpress backup into my blog. Can you please help?

  Arte you referring to an XML export file from another WordPress.com blog?
  Or are you referring to an XML file from a WordPress.ORG site that was not first upgraded to the most recent version of WordPress?
  Did you use this guide? http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
  If so then exactly what happened?
