Hi,
I’m writing this up for our developers to fix. The RTL layout of Arabic is what is conflicting with the customizer. If you could change your interface language to English, then visit https://mishaq1.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=editcss, you’ll be able to edit the CSS or see the past CSS changes (see the right side list of previous revisions).
My apologies for the inconvenience.

I apologize for not including this in my last note – you can change the language at http://wordpress.com/settings/
Thanks!

Thank’s a lot for that Advice,,,
I hope that problem get solved and I hope the remaining English words in the Arabic version interface and in the themes..If any help in translation the remaining words I can do that :) -
That’s a generous offer; thank you.
You can contribute translations. More details can be found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/glotpress/
Here’s a link to untranslated words for Arabic: http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/wpcom/ar/default?filters%5Bstatus%5D=untranslated&sort%5Bby%5D=priority&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc
If you could make a couple of suggestions, that would be great! Once submitted, they’re validated (double-checked, basically), then actually deployed for everyone.
We hope to launch a better tool to folks to help suggest translations soon.
Cheers!

The CSS editor was updated yesterday. I tested it while my account language was set to Arabic, and the CSS editor worked normally on my test blog. Could you please check to make sure it’s working for you as well?

Great news!
Translations are reviewed by a validator before they go live. If you find that they aren’t getting approved after a while, you can also ask about them in the Translations forum. Thank you very much for contributing to translations!
