Problem in facebook for woocommerce – connected pixel not receiving events

  Hi , i have this problem in my WordPress website when i contacted Facebook support , they didn’t provide a solution instead they said to contact WordPress support.

  briefly the main problem is the connected Facebook pixel is not receiving events , instead the events are sent to another pixel that is not connected to the website .

  the problem is recorded in this video , please how to solve this.

  I completely understand your frustration with this issue.

  This guide from WPBeginner shows how to correctly install the Facebook Pixel in WordPress:

  In your case, since events are going to the wrong pixel, you should also:

  • Check your site’s source code or use Pixel Helper to confirm the Pixel ID.
  • Remove any duplicate/old pixel code from plugins, theme, or tag manager.
  • Make sure your plugin (e.g., Facebook for WooCommerce) has the right Pixel ID.

  Thank you for the reply , i figured it out by installing the pixel manually using the tutorial provided .
