Problem in functions.php

I tried earlier to add a code on the bottom of my (themes functions-functions.php)to allow me to add google adsense ads in my blog post which didn’t work as it just created giant ads on top of every page even in the back end. So, I deleted the code and now, even after I closed and opened my site, whenever I try to do something to update my post, etc: This error message pops up on a new window:

Could someone please let me know what to do about this situation.
