problem in getting into my account

  I cannot log into my account because my password is not accepted. I originally opened my account using my old email address. How can I get a new password link to be sent to my current account

  Hi there,

  Reset password link can only be sent to your old email id.
  Visit the lost password page to reset it.

  If you don’t have access to your old email id then the only option to recover your account is via account recovery form.
  You need to provide proof of ownership to verify the account
