problem in getting photos to appear in logical order, 1,2,3

I’ve read the comments on attaching photos (photo upload problem with New Fusion) .. however, my problem is laying out photos in 1,2,3, etc. order. I kept trying and trying yesterday. I experminted with all the layouts, however, it was all hit and miss. Also, supposedly I can attach a photo anywhere throughout my blog .. however, any photo I attached automatically joined itself with a photo at the top. Frustrating. I was trying to attach photos at different locations of my blog.

The images will show up in a column in your post if you’ve set their alignment to None. If you set it to Left, they’ll show up in a row. We can also use text wrapping.
If you would like to see images appear side by side on the same line, put the images next to each other and give them both either left or right alignment. Make sure the images are small enough that they will both fit on one line, including borders and margins.
