Problem in importing my old blog

Dear Sirs
I tried to import to my blog but after the import was finished and I was recieved an email that the proccess has finished I vsit my blog and there was not any content on it .
Here is the export file from my old blog:[removed]
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see four posts in your trash – were these posts in your original export file?
If your content is not appearing on your site, please try the import again. If you continue to have trouble with your import, please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file your export is.

Dear jackiedana
I tried one time and the import worked fine but did import the widgets twice. I tried to delete the second time the widgets appear and they were deleted at all.
I try to import from http://fatlossrapid.info/blog/
The export file I get is the
thisblogisdedicatedtohealth.wordpress.2014-02-17
and is 54kb

It looks like there’s content is on your blog. Are all of your posts there now?
Widget content doesn’t generally come in through an import, so if you need to recreate the widgets on WordPress.com, you can do so in your Dashboard under Appearance > Widgets.
For your own security, please do not send us your password or other login information.

It looks that the data was there but was not showing. When I just made again the posts the old posts showed again.
