    Hi,

    I wish you a great day, I have an existing website ( senw.store ), but my old host was in another company however no I can’t open my site because I don’t have a host I want to spread my plan with WordPress, the problem is I do not know how to upgrade can you help me in this? also, I have some questions regarding the upgrade can you answer them.

    I don’t have a host now it’s end with the other company so I have to just activate the WordPress host

    Can you confirm whether or not you downloaded a full backup (including database) of your site before you ended your contract with the other company? Also, was the other company using WordPress or another CMS? If you can also share where your site was previously, we’ll be better able to advise. Thanks!
