  I can’t any files in the media in my blog. So, i can’t insert any files in post…….error……

  Please let us know what the site address is which you are working on.

  It sounds like you could be having a connection issue with your internet. Do you have better luck using a different network connection? Try running a speed test with something like https://speedtest.net/

  If the files are large, and the connection isn’t great, you’re going to run in to issues. The best suggestion I have is to optimize the media files before you ever try to add them to your media library.
