Problem in Video Press

  Hi,

  I alreday sent you an email three days ago. But there has been no response.
  I purchased Video Press and More space and then uploaded four video files.
  But none of them are not displayed properly. Please fix this problem!

  It seems something went wrong with the video codec. Which (video) application did you use to save the videos? are where more options in there to save the video under a different file format?
