problem inserting links

  everytime that i highlight text, click on the hyperlink button to turn it into a link, there is a blank box that show up that says ‘insert/edit link’. i click off and click on the hyperlink button again and a larger box displays that says ‘insert/edit’ link with fields that say, url, title, open link in a window tab, etc. once i fill in the info and press enter… i get a window pop up asking me if i want to navigate away from the page or cancel command. if i click ‘ok’ all the info in the post disappears or it just redirects me to the page that displays the lists of posts on my site.

  i recently upgraded to wordpress 3.2.1. before the upgrade, i never had a problem.

  can someone help me with this problem?
