Problem inserting PDF files

  I can’t insert PDF files on certain pages of my site, I don’t understand why.
  I do as with the other pages, namely I add a “block” with the option to insert a file that I upload to the site’s media library. When loading, the file is loaded, but in the preview there is nothing. When you go to the site to open the file, there is the message: “Failure to load the pdf document”.
  What is incomprehensible is that on other pages of the site, I do the same manipulation and it works very well. I noticed that it is only some files. Except all my pdf files are created in the same way with pdf creator, so I don’t understand why it works for some files and not others…

  I’ve “worked around” the problem for now by storing the pdfs on my Google Drive, but the ones uploaded to the WordPress media library don’t work.
