Problem Installing Word Press on my Host

I have a My Domain account and I uploaded Word Press on my host. When I would login into word press it would take me to a grey screen with different tabs and options. Now when I go to login into word press it takes me to my blog site. I’ve contacted My Domain and they’re saying it’s a Word Press issue and they can’t help me any further.
Please advise.
