problem loading a video

    I have a mp4 file that I keep trying to post but it wont work. It works on my computer, but not once I upload it. Any advice? What am I doing wrong?

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem. It might be that you need specific file permissions enabled on your server or something else – but they would know for sure.
