problem loading images

    Hi – When I tried to add content to my site, I was okay with text, but when I tried to download images I got a message saying ‘missing a temporary folder’. I read online that I can either fix it myself (way too complicated!) or WordPress can fix it remotely. Can anyone help?!
    (I can’t seem to access live chat……)

    We can only help with sites running in the wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of your site?

    Hi there,

    I see several WordPress.com sites in your account, but that’s not an error message I’ve ever seen on a WordPress.com site.

    Can you confirm what site this is happening on? Also, can you give a bit more detail on what you mean by downloading images? What exactly (as in the specific steps) were you doing when you got that error?
