Problem logging in as admin due to warning message

  Hi,

  I hope someone can help as I really have no idea what to do! I am very new to WordPress and have zero experience of coding etc. All was going well until I changed to a new theme, now I am getting this message that is locking me out of my admin access:

  Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/mssarahlou/public_html/wp-content/themes/glowline/inc/static-function.php:238) in /home/mssarahlou/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174

  I’ve tried googling solutions, opened the file to edit out any blank spaces, but could not find the ?> at the end of the file. I’m not sure if I’m looking in the right place or if this is even the right solution to the problem.
  Does anyone have an answer suitable for a complete novice at this?

  FYI this is a brand new site with no content yet, so if there is an easier option of scrapping it and starting again, I would like to know how to do that too
