Problem logging in to new comuter

  Hi I am switching computers and I seem to have somehow accidently got logged into a new account or accidently made a new account. My old account is still active on my old computer, but when I tried to log into my new computer using the same email as my old account and my same password that I had written down it logged me into to some new account where it says I have no sites on wordpress. I get 2 different names in the top right hand corner on the new site that doesn’t work it says the ADHD Minimalist. On my old computer it says Annie Eklöv in the top right hand corner. I don’t know what happened but I need to be able to access my site on my new computer.

  Simply log out on your new computer and log in again using the credentials on your old computer. If you need further help, go to https://wordpress.org/
