Problem logging into other account

  Hey everyone,

  I am trying to help a company with their website and am unable to log-in to their account. I have access to the email that is associated with the account but none of the authentication information. When I request a log-in link it tells me that the email is not associated with an account. Then when I request a password reset, it sends the link to that same email.. I have changed the password multiple times but every time I try to log-in it tells me that the password is incorrect. Can anyone help me with this?
