Problem mapping pre-registered domain

  Hi. I have a bought a .fi domain for my wordpress.com blog. I bought the domain from a local company, not through WordPress. Even though I have updated the name servers as wordpress says (ns1.wordpress etc) WordPress is still telling me that the domain has not been registered when I try to map it. Anything I could have done wrong?

  Hi,
  Please post your domain name.

  According to WordPress.com staff, they need to manually add some domain names with country extensions. That may be the case with your domain so I’ve tagged this for staff’s attention.
