Problem notification followers

Hello,
None of my followers (blog or mail) receive notification when I publish a new article. I search but didn’t find if there is something to activate in my blog to send the notification email each new article. Could you please help me ?

There shouldn’t be anything specific you need to activate in order for your followers to receive notifications.
It looks like you have subscribed to follow your own blog. We show that a notification for your last post was sent to you on 10/7/14. Did you not receive that notification?
Also, could you let me know the email addresses or usernames of other users that are not being notified of your new posts? Please note, the email will appear as “redacted” in the forum thread, but it will be visible to staff members.

Thanks for your answer.
I have subscribed to follow my blog just this week so I never receive any notification. It was just to see the process to subscribe.
My last post was on 30/09/14 and the post before on 13/06/14. I did’nt post on 10/7/14.
People that i’m sure they didn’t receive the notification are :
(email visible only to moderators and staff)

Thanks for the additional information. According to our email records, all three of those individuals received notification of your new post on 9/30/14. Did it arrive in their spam folder by chance or some other folder attached to their account?
