problem of background color reading

Hello,
Some readers of my site tell me that the items remain on the blue background and not white – see picture below – This is the background for them that is so blue and the items are unreadable.
I think he can be a cache issue on their computer but I would like vouis give me the solution to this problem. For I have told them to F5 and they tell me it does not matter. THANKS for help about that…The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am using a PC equipped with windows 7 and a Firefox 41 browser and I see a royal blue colored background that does not extend to appear below the posts and page text content. That is exactly what is expected for this theme.
