  i can not see my blog them very well

  and i can’t see : s1.wp.com in my country
  may be is blocking ….

  please help me
  and i did tracert network command to my blog from my network

  Sorry to hear about this. I can assure you that we are not blocking countries from accessing our site. This could possibly be an ISP-related issue, and it might help to call up your service provider and ask if WordPress.com was being blocked. Alternately, you may connect via a different ISP to verify if the issue is ISP-specific. Let me know what you find out. Thanks!

  in this morning it was resolved and my blog display very well and this is my new traceroute from my network is good trace for all WordPress server
