Problem on mobile devices

  My site opens up in a weird format on my phone. It opens up on posts and the format is not the same as my site. On the bottom of the page is a link that says ‘view full site’, only after clicking this does the site open properly. Im concerned im going to lose clients.

  http://www.the-agency.online/ is not hosted on WordPress.COM. And also, it is using the WordPress.ORG software package.

  You have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.
