Problem on moving a website from my previous hosting provider to WordPress.com

  Dear Support, I am moving a website from my previous hosting provider to WordPress.com. I want to add the premium upgrade to my site http://mp081516.wordpress.com/ and register a new domain. After few unsuccessful trials, I found that my credit was insufficient($99) for annual subscription. I want to know if it’s possible for me to subscribe for few months only? If not, what are the possible options for me to move into wordpress.com with my current credit?
