Problem on my website

  Good afternoon. My name is Marius Greffier and i created this account because i have a problem. I pay a webmaster to develop my website but he ripped us off… He activated our website on Friday, we paid him but he didn’t gave us the access to it. This is the link of the website: http://www.vasco-invest.com
  I am the owner of the domain name and as well of the one i’m contacting you (www.vasco-invest.pt). In order to prove it, i have the OVH account managing those domain name. Moreover my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I don’t know how to proceed, i’m lost, i want to ask your help to see how we can do. The websmater that created my website (www.vasco-invest.com) has 2 email addresses: (email visible only to moderators and staff) / (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You’re asking in the WordPress.com forum. That site is hosted by OVH and isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers so staff here have no access to it. You can ask OVH and in the WordPress.org forums https://wordpress.org/support/ but really the issue remains between yourself and the person you paid to set up your site.

  Ok i see so i will contact OVH. But i don’t have any username in order to connect to WordPress. Because i’ve been on OVH but there is nothing said about my username for WordPress..
