Problem opening the site.

  Hello.
  Very often at the opening of our page this message appears:
  ‘No results. Sorry, but no results were found in the requested archive. Perhaps a search will find a similar item.’
  On the other hand just below the message there is: ‘See the site’ and if you click on this link the site appears.
  Big problem because the people who go on our site see the first message and leave without having the information because it does not work. Several tries with different phones and it’s always the same. I’m on a free version, maybe that’s the reason why I’m on a free version.

  Hi Bernard, I’m not seeing that on the site you listed. Can you confirm whether you were already able to resolve this, and if not, could you send a link to the affected site?

  Oh I do see the issue now. Here:
  https://auvilladior.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options

  Disable the default mobile theme. That’s old, and it’s mainly for blogs. Remove that and you should be okay.

  Note your background scroll effect will not work on phones, but other than that you should have a better mobile view after changing that setting.
