Problem over customising in site

  I´ve recently noticed that when customising my site, it flickers and not able to do anything at all. I´m unable to alter, change anything. ´The site is hosted not by me, my domain I paid through GoDaddy,. Was recommended to use WordPress for my website. So at the moment trying to figure out what looks like a possible bug, otherwise what else would stop me from cutomising my site? Also I´m not live yet.
