Problem Preparing Export File

    Hi, I’m trying to export all my site info by going to Tools -> Export but it won’t create the backup file for me. I get an error message saying ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’

    How can I export my site?

    Correct account: Yes
