Problem receiving the confirmation e-mail

  I am new to the WorldPress. I set up an account and ready for new post.
  I have not been able to receive the confirmation e-mail to my address (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  I have tried both Resend Email and Update Email Address many times to see if it makes any difference.
  and Nothing.

  I have tested if you got my correct e-mail address by changing my password. I had received password reset e-mail to the address, So the problem seems only to receive the confirmation e-mail.

  Please help me in this matter.

  Have you checked in your email client spam filter? I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi Satomi,

  Sorry for the trouble you’re having with this. Can you please check your email’s spam/junk folder and the social and promotions tabs in gmail to see if the confirmation email is there?

  If it isn’t there, please let me know and I can help you confirm your email address.

  There were no the conformation mails in my spam folder,nor promotion tabs.

  Please help me in this matter.

  I’m having the same exact problem and have yet to receive a response on the thread I started on the 22nd: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/not-receiving-confirmation-email-1

  I have used the Resend Email and Update Email feature several times and still haven’t gotten a new confirmation email (have checked spam folder and all Gmail tabs).

  rachelmcr could you please help me with this? I’d really like to get blogging! :)
