Problem Receiving two-step verification codes

  first of all i want to clear that this is not my actual account i am having problem with.
  My original account is
  Blog: pakhh.wordpress.com and email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Problem: I have set two step-verification turned ON. It was going well. but now i am unable to receive any kind of codes (neither verification code nor recovery code) from wordpress. I am totally unable to login my running blog. I already have used my all backup codes. I do not know what to do. I have access to mentioned email and i can verify my account through that email address. Please Help
