Problem Receiving two-step verification codes

  This is not my original account. My account is blog:pakhh.wordpress.com and email:(email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I have set up two step verification code. but now i am unable to receive any code neither verification code nor recovery code. i already have used back up code. please help me

  I have a related issue that I will tack on here. Why does it often take sooooo long to get a verification code via text message? I have the same sort of two-step verification on my gmail account, and the code comes to my cell phone from Google almost instantly. The WordPress code sometimes comes quickly but more often it comes 15 minutes later or an hour or even two hours. Why?

  I do not know what is the problem. I am totally lost, i have to work alot on my blog and i am totally locked out.

  Do you have any idea how to contact any person so called “happiness engineers” ? i want to be in my blog instantly and no one is solving my problem, this is a completely horrifying that no official is contacting to solve this problem …. Someone please help me
