Problem Removing a Gravatar.

  I followed the steps outlined at:

  Gravatars

  to remove my Gravatar, but I got stuck signing into Gravatar. When I clicked on “Sign In,” it simply reloaded the page. I can’t sign in, and desperately want to delete my account.

  How should I fix this problem? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  Sometimes it’s just browser issues that causes such unusual problems. You can try clearing browser cache by following this document.
  Close the browser once you clear the cache. Open a new browser and try to login.

  Hi there,

  Please clear the browser cache and cookies as suggested above. Then first log into WordPress.com before going to Gravatar.com. Then you should be able to log in.

  Also try using and incognito window in Chrome.
