problem removing link from top menu

  I’m trying to remove the link ’28 ?S FOR A MINDFUL JOURNEY’ from the menu on the top of my page, https://center4selfcare.wordpress.com/.

  The instructions seem to suggest I go to WP Admin, Appearance, Menus and remove it there, however when I go to that page, ’28 ?S FOR A MINDFUL JOURNEY’ doesn’t appear in the list of menu items. Can you help?
