  I am trying to pay for an existing web site. The charge information I enter is correct. However, I get the following message.
  There were problems with your payment: The transaction has been rejected. Contact the help desk and tell them about the RBLKLU error.

  The upgrade for mariocoyula2014.wordpress.com are owned by another user of the site. We’ll be happy to look into this but need you (or the other person) to reply from that account first. Once you’ve done so, we can take a closer look at the error message you are seeing.
