Problem sending email from CPanel to gmail

  Hello WordPress.com support team, good morning. I apologize in advance for disturbing your time. I would like to ask, when I am accessing the Email Deliverability section in the CPanel of the Host that I use. I got an error in the REVERSE DNS (PTR) section where the error is as follows: The system failed to complete validation of ‘grandchinatravel.id”s ‘PTR’ because of an error: (XID 3cv7wh) DNS request timeout: 162.239.18.103.in-addr.arpa/PTR. I also get the content of the warning message when I enter the initial part of the Deliverability Email with the following warning message content:

  This system does not control DNS for the ‘grandchinatravel.id’ domain. Contact the person responsible for the ‘ns1.wordpress.com’, ‘ns3.wordpress.com’, and ‘ns2.wordpress.com’ nameservers and request that they update the records.

  Can you help me to fix the problem? Because I want to integrate email in CPanel to be able to send emails to gmail.
