Problem setting comments icon.

I have set my picture for my own blog, and also for my profile (as far as I can tell, but I must confess that I am a bit confused). However, whenever I make a comment, a strange symbol appears (lots of triangles) as the icon instead of my picture. I may have chosen this symbol some time ago (not sure), but I can’t find where to change it. My picture appears beside my blog dashboard (far left of the top strip), and also beside my profile settings (far right of the top strip), the only problem is when I try to make comments anywhere.

Yes, I was, but I must apologise, because I just had another look to check some other comments I’d made on other blogs, and they have all now changed to the picture I set a couple of hours ago on my profile (on the right of the bar), when previously I had only set the picture for the blog itself (I think). In any case, it’s working correctly now (maybe because I reloaded the page, although I had tried refreshing and it didn’t fix it). Sorry for asking the question unnecessarily.
