Problem Setting Static Pages Via Reading Options

You don’t have any pages on your blog. In order to set a static page, first you have to create a page.
You have three POSTS on your front page. Looking at them, it appears you intended for them to be PAGES. Please review this FAQ http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/11/a-post-and-a-page/ which explains the difference.
