Problem Size Product category – Admin interface

    Hello everyone,

    It’s my first time writing here so I’ll try to be as clear as I can regarding the problem I’m facing.

    I need help regarding an issue I encounter with the interface for my company website.
    When we go to the admin interface > product category > there is a huge blank space under every products. We do not understand where does it comes from.
    This blank space does not allow us to change easily the ranking of the products + it makes the “SEO details” category, which is on the right of the screen, tiny and absolutely broken (letter are all vertical…).

    Anyone could help us with that ?

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me.

    That’s strange because the account is signed into now is the one connected to the Email address where I received an email about a renewal happening for that website.

    I’m also unable to recover that account. I’m not sure how to proceed. Do I just cancel from my credit card end? Is there another way to recover the account?

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (Azure) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
