problem sms codes sent to handy number

    Hello, I’m having problems with the two step recovery – I mean the system by which I’m supposed to receive a recovery code via sms on my handy. I’ve got two computers, a PC and an Apple (MacBook Air). When I try to log in from the PC, I normally receive the code on my handy, instead when I try from the MacBook I receive nothing. Can there be a problem linked to the Macintosh software? Best regards

    Do you mean, on your Mac Book, you don’t receive code and hence unable to login?

    Ideally as you access your WordPress Admin Login page in the browser, the Operating System should not matter.

    Have you opted for “Don’t ask codes for 30 days” on Mac?
