Problem Still Unresolved
-
I could certainly use some admin help.
Two domains that I no longer want have expired. A third one will be expiring soon, and I want to discontinue it as well.
Would you please delete the following three domains:
timothywaynejohnson.com
twjohnson.co
phasmafic.coI’ve decided to stick with http://phasmafic.com
As of now, a gray expiration warning overlay pops up every time I check on my website. I’ve tried clearing the cache and browsing history, refreshing the page, and even attempted viewing the website with different browsers, but I still receive the same gray overlay.
Thanks in advance.

I can absolutely help you with that.
Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain timothywaynejohnson.com, twjohnson.co, and phasmafic.co it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release a domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using timothywaynejohnson.com, twjohnson.co, or phasmafic.co again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

Thanks for the quick response.
Yes, please cancel the above mentioned domains.
I only want to keep http://phasmafic.com
My main concern is the gray expiration overlay warning that pops up when attempting to check on my website. Is there any way to completely remove it? I’ve tried totally clearing my browsing history, refreshing the page, and I’ve even used other browsers, but I still get the gray overlay. I’m worried that visitors won’t be able to access the site.

I have canceled those three domains for you. You should not be seeing the overlay any longer.

A wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.
