Problem stopping upgrade to premium

  Hi my 14 day trial ends tomorrow and I’d like to cancel this before it ends please help, the blog is : anotheranglesg.com

  I’ve tried following the instructions and even received the email from wordpress to confirm but everytime I click the link from the email it says that “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
