Problem subscribing to blog

  A follower has contacted me to say she is unable to subscribe to my blog by email. When she clicks the activation link in the e-mail she gets from WordPress, it tells her that no associated application can be found.

  This is presumably not something I can fix myself; it is to do with WordPress itself.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That sounds like a problem with her computer’s configuration, that it apparently cannot find an application to load a hyperlink URL.

  I’d ask her to just copy and paste the URL into her browser’s address bar.
