Hello,
I had opted for the business plan and since I did not manage I canceled it (3 days ago).
Except that now someone can give me a hand to help me advance on my site, but when I click in “Plan” it no longer offers me to choose an offer.
What should I do ?
I had the idea to create another blog to make a new order except that my domain name is attached to the current blog.
If not intermediate question, is it possible to remove the domain name from my blog to put it on another WordPress blog of the same account (or not)?
I have no host I’m just on WordPress.com.
I wrote to WordPress support but I’m afraid they take a long time to answer.
If you could help me that would be great.

Yes, you can transfer your domain to another site you own. Please follow instructions from this link.
In regard to your account, if you had Business plan you suppose to have access to Live Chat Support. You can click here to check how to contact via Live Chat.
I am also tagging a WP support, you will find the tag “modlook” on the side, to further check your account.

Hi there,
You say that you cancelled your plan, but I also see that it was added back to your account after you contacted us via email and it is now active on your site again, so I’m not sure what it is you want to do.
